Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support the migration of the virtualization stack from VMware to Nutanix and to maintain a stable global infrastructure. You will handle daily operations, incidents, patching, and performance tuning across tens of thousands of servers.

The role requires 6+ years in IT infrastructure administration, deep Nutanix knowledge, and fluent English (B2). You will collaborate with international teams and participate in occasional off-hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nutanix and VMware environments.
• Experience with large-scale production environments.
• Ability to analyze problems and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Daily use of English at work (B2+ level).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Nutanix and VMware virtual environments.
• Patch and update the Nutanix environment.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Perform standard administrative operations and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with an international team to improve system efficiency.

• Good command of English used daily at work
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
