Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst on a fixed-term project based in Warsaw, Poland. You will prepare and submit VAT returns across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

You'll perform peer reviews, provide VAT advisory support to local finance teams, and collaborate with IT on SAP configuration and process improvements. Fluent English and a finance background are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of VAT regulations of at least one EU Member State.
• At least 4 years of VAT experience in industry or advisory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT returns for EMEA countries, ensuring compliance.
• Perform peer reviews of VAT returns and support knowledge sharing.
• Provide ad hoc VAT advisory assistance to local finance teams.
• Collaborate with Tax, customs and other colleagues on cross-functional matters.
• Support SAP VAT configuration with IT teams and process improvements.
