Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Core Engineer to develop and optimize Unreal Engine-based systems for a flagship AAA title. You will contribute to streaming, editor tools, physics support, and engine-level optimizations, guiding the project to deliver high-quality tech for expansive games.

Ideal candidates have substantial Unreal Engine expertise, strong C++ skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams and platforms (PC/console). Warsaw-based with flexible remote options within Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant Unreal Engine experience, including core systems, streaming, memory, physics, and world-building tools.
• Strong C++ development experience for PC/console with AAA title exposure.
• Experience with multithreaded programming and designing scalable game tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core technology built on Unreal Engine.
• Propose and implement performance/scale solutions for large open worlds.
• Collaborate with Epic to advance technology.
