SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating client needs into innovative product design features. Collaborating with a team of product managers, developers, and testers, you will create wireframes and mockups, conduct market and user research, and ensure a cohesive design across web and mobile platforms. Your creative vision and ability to think innovatively will be crucial in generating solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

LOCATION

Hybrid / Remote - Anywhere in Poland.

Finalsite is a global company and to enable strong collaboration, we have established common core working hours. Candidates should be comfortable working from 10:00-18:00 CET, with core working hours being 16:00-18:00 CET. This position is available as a B2B contract. It will initially be a part‑time commitment (4 hours per day) for the first few months, transitioning thereafter to a full‑time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements
  • Utilize Figma to illustrate design concepts, creating mockups and process flows that align with user needs and business objectives
  • Identify and resolve UI/UX issues through thoughtful analysis and innovative problem‑solving
  • Develop interactive prototypes that clearly demonstrate product functionality and user interactions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough research to inform data‑driven product design decisions, ensuring an all‑inclusive user‑centric approach
  • Coordinate closely with developers to implement web and mobile designs efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain consistency and adherence to style standards outlined in the design system
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, incorporating relevant insights into design strategies
