Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Control Analyst in the Treasury Chief Investment Office to support middle office P&L and risk substantiation for CIO/TCIO. You will provide analysis and commentary to portfolio managers and collaborate with Finance Controllers on month-end reconciliation.

The role emphasizes robust controls and cross-team coordination across Markets Risk, Finance, and technology, delivering accurate reporting and ad hoc support.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial sector with P&L and month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce and substantiate P&L and Risk to CIO/Treasury Front Office/Management.
• Provide analysis and commentary to portfolio managers for book reviews and sign-off.
• Coordinate month-end P&L reconciliation with Finance Controllers.
• Drive robust controls and support new business initiatives.
• Identify or develop technology to support new business flows.
• Coordinate across front and back-office to resolve control and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Markets Risk, Finance, and other controllers on BAU/ad hoc requests.
• Serve as analytical and project support for product control.
• Handle ad-hoc requests daily.
