Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Integration & Workflow Engineer to design and develop resilient middleware that connects capital markets platforms, blockchain infrastructure and market systems. You will deliver secure, auditable services for pre-trade validation, settlement processing and downstream integration, while enhancing orchestration across multi-system flows.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Node.js/TypeScript with REST APIs, plus expertise

Qualifications

• Experience building integration and workflow orchestration systems.
• Strong hands‑on with FIX 4.4 messaging and market data flows.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop middleware and workflow services for capital markets platforms.
• Build REST/API integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Implement transaction/state management across multi-step processes.
• Develop adapters for market infrastructure systems and third-party APIs.
• Ensure security, auditing, and traceability across end-to-end workflows.
• Produce technical documentation and support SIT/E2E testing.
