Job Description

This is a remote position.

Enflux builds market‑making‑as‑a‑service infrastructure, trading products, and proprietary trading systems operating across centralized and decentralized exchanges, as well as emerging prediction markets.

We’re looking for a Senior Trader with quantitative skills and expertise to independently develop, test, and deploy proprietary trading strategies. You’ll mine alpha and build new models; manage and upgrade existing algos, spotting every detail and corner case to deliver robust, live‑ready strategies. You’ll have broad autonomy to own the full lifecycle of strategy development and optimization for volatile markets, while thriving in client‑facing scenarios, handling dedicated clients.

Requirements

Architect scalable and reliable trading and automation systems for CEXs, DEXs, and prediction markets
Collaborate directly with the founder and head of the Trade‑Ops team to translate trading and business goals into robust technical systems
Integrate and leverage AI‑assisted and agentic workflows to accelerate development and deployment
Manage market‑making operations for clients
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and transparent updates on trading performance, market conditions, and tailored recommendations
Monitor and optimize trading strategies in real time, ensuring optimal liquidity provision, spread management, and depth of market while adhering to client goals
Collaborate with internal development and technical teams to refine and enhance trading systems
2+ years of direct experience in crypto market making in a client‑facing or trading capacity (e.g., Client Manager, Account Manager, Trader, Senior Trader, or similar roles)
Effective communicator comfortable balancing technical and business priorities
Ability to work independently and explore potential solutions to new challenges
Crypto‑native with knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, RWA, differences between chains, etc.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, with a focus on precision and risk management
