Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within a globally significant financial institution (GSFI).
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and the ability to assess impact of regulatory changes on the bank.
• Understanding of a financial institution’s business model, products and key risk drivers.
• Deep understanding of third‑party risk, including identification, assessment, monitoring, control and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice globally to ensure third-party risk controls and assessment meet standards.
• Explain impact of issues and emerging risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure risk and control owners understand effectiveness of current controls.
• Monitor external environment for emerging third-party risks and guide mitigation controls.
