Sii Ltd. in Poland (Niepołomice) is looking for a technically oriented engineer to join an international project that transfers production and test infrastructure from Canada.

You will support the development and implementation of test systems used in the production environment and collaborate closely with engineering teams, production teams, and external suppliers. The role requires on-site presence at the Niepołomice facility and will involve occasional business trips for knowledge transfer,

Job description

You will join an international project focused on transferring production and test infrastructure from Canada to Poland for advanced electronic products. You will support the development and implementation of test systems used in the production environment and work closely with engineering teams, production teams, and external suppliers.

The project is carried out in close cooperation with teams from Poland, Canada, and the USA. The role requires on-site presence at the production facility in Niepołomice, as well as occasional business trips related to knowledge transfer, implementation, and the launch of new solutions.

Due to the international nature of the project, meetings outside standard working hours may occasionally be required.

This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable working at the intersection of electronics, production, and testing, and who enjoys having a real impact on technical decisions, the development of test infrastructure, and the successful implementation of new products.
