Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft platforms to lead both client-facing consulting and solution delivery/architecture tasks.

You will collaborate across the full sales lifecycle, support presales and proposals, and design Azure-based solutions while guiding transformation roadmaps and ensuring technical excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong Azure and Microsoft ecosystem expertise in applications, data, AI/ML.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience with presales activities and proposal creation.
• Strong solution architecture knowledge (APIs, containers, serverless, data platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in software development or data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design project team structures, effort estimations, and cost models.
• Communicate scope, risks, and assumptions to technical and executive stakeholders.

• Analyze client systems and define transformation roadmaps.
• Produce architecture documentation and solution blueprints.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure delivery quality.
• Support development teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Share expertise internally and elevate engineering standards.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and trends.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal communities.

This Technology Consulting role is designed for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft platforms. The role combines client‑facing consulting (approximately 50%) and solution delivery/architecture work (50%). The consultant contributes to solution design, architecture definition, and technical excellence across engagements.
