About the project

The Senior Functional Analyst (RUN L2) will be responsible for operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of business applications. The role focuses on analyzing functional issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA), monitoring system behavior, and ensuring smooth end-to-end business processes. The analyst will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities
  • Monitor applications and business processes to detect and resolve operational issues.
  • Perform functional troubleshooting and log analysis to identify and diagnose problems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide actionable recommendations for issue prevention.
  • Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify gaps, bottlenecks, or recurring issues.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for operational and functional validations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and business users to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and improvements to maintain a knowledge base and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance monitoring and functional processes.
Our requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in functional analysis and operational support (RUN L2 or similar).
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Ability to monitor applications, workflows, and business journeys effectively.
  • Experience in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for functional validation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English.
