Mindbox Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Senior Tech Leada odpowiedzialnego za projektowanie techniczne i dostarczanie rozwiązań dla zespołu cybersecurity.

Rola łączy praktyczną inżynierię z prowadzeniem technicznym, zapewniając solidne, bezpieczne i skalowalne oprogramowanie. Współpracuj z zespołem ds. oceny i testów cyberbezpieczeństwa, projektuj i dostarczaj mikroserwisy w Pythonie, integracje i API wspierające dane, automatyzację i zarządzanie podatnościami.

Qualifications

• Wymagamy zaawansowanego programowania w Pythonie, preferowane FastAPI; Flask/Django również mile widziane.
• Doświadczenie w dostarczaniu produkcyjnych REST API i integracji.
• Solidne podstawy w architekturze mikrousług i projektowaniu systemów rozproszonych.
• Znajomość Docker/Kubernetes, administracja Linux, podstawy sieci (TCP/IP).
• Doświadczenie z pipeline'ami CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) i testowaniem automatycznym.
• Biegła znajomość Git i strategii gałęzi.
• Silne umiejętności SQL i interakcja z bazami danych.
• Zdolność prowadzenia zespołów technicznych i podejmowania decyzji inżynieryjnych.
• Praktyczne doświadczenie z oprogramowaniem z obsługą AI (ML/NLP, LLM) lub obiegi AI.
• Jasna i zorganizowana komunikacja pomiędzy zespołami technicznymi i nietechnicznymi.

Responsibilities

• Prowadzenie dostarczania technicznego i architektury dla zespołów inżynieryjnych.
• Projektowanie i budowa usług mikrousługowych, REST API i integracji dla przypadków użycia w cybersecurity.
• Kierowanie praktykami DevSecOps, w tym CI/CD, obserwowalność, dokumentacja i niezawodność usług.
• Wdrażanie i nauczanie bezpiecznych praktyk w procesie tworzenia oprogramowania.
• Budowa i optymalizacja automatyzacji, pipeline’ów i wdrożeń kontenerów (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Rozwijanie komponentów i przepływów AI wspierających operacje bezpieczeństwa (triage, summarisation, anomaly detection).
• Promowanie odpowiedzialnego stosowania narzędzi AI i automatyzacji w zespołach rozwojowych.
• Mentorowanie inżynierów przez przeglądy kodu, pairing i sesje projektowe, przy zachowaniu aktywnego kodowania.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Strong Python engineering expertise (preferably with FastAPI; Flask or Django also welcome).
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade REST APIs and integrations.
• Solid background in microservices and distributed systems design.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, network fundamentals (TCP/IP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and test automation.
• Excellent Git fluency and knowledge of branching strategies.
• Strong SQL skills and database interaction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, make engineering decisions, and uphold coding standards.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled software (e.g. ML/NLP, LLM‑based tools, or applied AI workflows).
• Clear and structured communication across technical and non‑technical teams.

Mile widziane:

• Cybersecurity engineering experience (SAST/DAST integration, threat detection, pen testing concepts).
• Cloud delivery experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC (Terraform).
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus) and service meshes.
• Front‑end experience (React, JS frameworks).
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB.

O projekcie:

We’re looking for a Senior Tech Lead to guide technical design and delivery for a Cybersecurity engineering squad. This position blends hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable software delivery.

As a key member of the Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing team, you’ll design and deliver Python‑based microservices, integrations, and APIs supporting data, automation, and vulnerability management solutions. You’ll also help introduce AI‑assistant engineering and AI‑enabled features that improve detection, prioritisation, and automation within cybersecurity products.

• Lead technical delivery and architecture for engineering squads, providing guidance, unblocking engineers, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Design and build microservice‑based services, REST APIs, and integrations for cybersecurity use cases.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, documentation, and service reliability.
• Implement and coach secure‑by‑design development approaches, ensuring compliance and resilience.
• Build and optimise automation, pipelines, and container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop AI-powered components and workflows that enhance security operations (triage, summarisation, anomaly detection).
• Promote responsible adoption of AI coding tools and automation within development teams.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design sessions while maintaining hands‑on coding responsibilities.
