Job summary

BTTP sp. z o. o. is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to provide ongoing VAT and CIT tax advice from Warsaw. You will prepare opinions, interpretations, and tax-related reports for Polish and international clients, and supervise junior staff.

The role includes involvement in due diligence, tax audits, and contributing to the professional growth of team members within a well-connected Warsaw office. Fluent English and a law/economics background are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in tax consultancy in law firms, consulting companies or tax administration.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Organized and team-oriented.
• Commitment and responsibility in performing tasks.
• Tax advisor/attorney/legal adviser title is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing tax advice for VAT or CIT to clients.
• Prepare and supervise opinions, interpretations, reports, and letters in tax matters.
• Direct work with Polish and foreign clients.
• Participate in due diligence and tax audits.
• Develop less experienced team members.

Job Description

• Ongoing tax advice for the firm's clients in the field of VAT or CIT.
• Preparation and supervision of the preparation of draft opinions, applications for interpretations, reports and letters in tax matters.
• Direct work with Polish and foreign clients.
• Participation in projects due diligence and tax audits.
• Taking care of the substantive development of less experienced team members.

Who Are We Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in tax consultancy in law firms, consulting companies or tax administration.
• Completion of higher education in law or economics.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Organized and willing to work in a team.
• Commitment, responsibility and conscientiousness in performing tasks.
• The title of tax advisor, attorney or legal adviser will be an additional asset.
