RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engineering transformation (strategy, processes, methods, and change management)
  • Strategic and transformation for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) – process optimisation, design and implementation of complex digital transformation projects
  • Software & systems engineering including support for (Model‑Based) Systems Engineering and sharing industry best practices
  • Digital continuity, digital twin and connected value chain
  • Cross‑functional engineering collaboration (sales, manufacturing, procurement)
  • Cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across engineering and R&D processes
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in engineering, particularly in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences industries
  • Experience in (partial) project management of complex transformation projects in an engineering environment
  • An outstanding degree in engineering, natural sciences, or information technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product development and its core processes
  • Experience in strategy and organizational development in the field of engineering
  • (Consulting) experience in the design, optimisation, and implementation of processes in product development
  • Capability to identify and drive measurable cost reduction across the product lifecycle
  • Knowledge of (Model Based) Systems Engineering and Process Modeling description languages (SysML, BPMN) and/or relevant topics in the field of product lifecycle management (PLM)
  • Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and the talent to think conceptually and implementation‑oriented
  • High reliability, team spirit, and suitability for a leading global management consultancy
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent English and solid German skills
