Zusammenfassung

Graphcore is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in a hybrid Gdańsk role to explore AI architectures from rack to data centre. You will design experiments, benchmark workloads and study how hardware and software interact at scale to produce measurable evidence.

You will help develop tooling for collecting and visualising system metrics, support across engineering teams and contribute to CPD while staying curious and independent in solving challenging problems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Python for tests, automation or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity-driven approach to investigating complex systems.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly with reproducible evidence.
• Confidence to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in AI workloads, benchmarking, systems architecture, parallel and distributed computing, automation, containers or orchestration infrastructure.
