Job summary

TeamQuest is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our client in Poznań, focused on a procurement platform serving private enterprises and public institutions. You will work on front-end Vue.js and back-end Symfony, shaping modular architecture and platform conventions.

You will co-decide scope, lead end-to-end changes, and mentor code quality through reviews and testing, while modernizing legacy code and designing robust module interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience on a complex project.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Symfony; apply design patterns.
• Experience with Vue.js and TypeScript in UI development.
• Ability to modernize legacy code without business disruption.
• Product-minded with ability to justify scope decisions.
• Knowledge of DDD and bounded contexts; able to design module interfaces.
• Strong relational DB skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and indexing knowledge.
• Tests are part of the definition of done.

Responsibilities

• Decide scope and direction of feature development from business needs.
• Lead end-to-end changes from hypothesis to deployment and evaluation.
• Refactor legacy code toward a modular architecture.
• Design modular monolith with clear module boundaries and integrations.
• Co-create platform conventions and best practices.
• Develop front-end using Vue.js with components and API integrations.
• Improve team quality via code reviews and testing practices.
