ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking a Statutory Senior Accountant to support statutory reporting, balance sheet accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will guide GL accountants, coordinate SAP adaptations, and prepare annual financial statements in line with local regulations.

With a Master’s degree in Accounting or Economics and 4+ years in accounting or audit, you will collaborate with EY & PwC, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality

Formación

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance process transitions, standardization, improvement or audit activities.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FI and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and ability to collaborate with external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support statutory reporting transition, including preparation of financial data and SAP adaptations.
• Analyze local adjustments, tax data and statutory postings.
• Guide GL accountants in statutory processes, audit preparation and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile statutory financial statements (Equity & P&L, AnRep vs. statutory).
• Collaborate with EY & PwC and provide technical support on statutory issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and prepare operating instructions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee the audit process.
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
• Provide ongoing support for GL team members and participate in meetings and trainings.
