• Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in a HA environment.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server in a high-availability setup.
• Skills in SQL queries, performance tuning, and analysis.
• Fluent Polish required and residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Working on robustness improvement projects.
• Participating in designing and implementing enhancements for the database stack.
• Enhancing and automating database operations.
• Developing the monitoring and alerting stack for application databases.
• Managing daily operational tasks including database change management.
• Providing tools for developers to autonomously manage data.
• Participating in rotating on-call duties.
