Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland seeks a Principal Solution Architect to translate business requirements into secure, scalable software solutions. You will lead architectural engagements for a greenfield digital bank in the UAE, guiding cloud-native, domain-led, event-driven, API-first, and AI-native designs.

You will drive architectural decisions, support governance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders while shaping proposals and offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience designing modern software solutions across cloud platforms.
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define target architectures and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and client representatives.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native, domain-driven, event-driven, and API-first principles.
• Support architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design integration patterns, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Provide guidance on production readiness, resilience, security, monitoring, and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout solution implementation.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to proposals and offering materials.
• Capture and share architecture best practices within the community.
