Responsibilities
  • Grow Poland sites through talent recruitment, evolving sites and space, fostering Google and Pixel culture.
  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization’s goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision‑making across teams.
  • Develop the long‑term technical goal and roadmap within, and often beyond, the scope of your teams. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with leads to ensure collective unity and the consistent delivery of high‑quality products and services across all distributed teams.
  • Lead the objective of expanding new Pixel Software teams in Poland by developing new Team Leads and Technical Lead Managers.
