Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to evolve the Portfolio Analytics backend of SimCorp Dimension. You will work on C#/.NET, Oracle, and AI-assisted tooling within an agile team of 5–7 engineers.

The role focuses on maintainability, performance, CI/CD, and moving toward a cloud-enabled unified platform. You will collaborate across product and engineering, mentor teammates, and contribute to design decisions while expanding your expertise into Dyalog APL and related financial systems.

• Production-grade backend software experience with C#/.NET or equivalent.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help evolve the Portfolio Analytics area of SimCorp Dimension, strengthening the backend services and APIs that support our clients.You will join an agile team of 5–7 colleagues working with C#, .NET, Dyalog APL, Oracle, and AI-assisted development tools. The team improves and supports the Asset Manager module in our SimCorp Dimension product. We use a variety of technologies, but the main ones are C# and an Oracle database. You will be working with backend and APIs. The present and near future main topics are good maintainability, high system performance, continuous integration, and delivery, and moving into our unified platform for cloud.
