Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our international team.
• In this role, you will design, build, and deliver applications that power our platform used daily by our customers. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QAs to support our applications and implement new functionalities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Java
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
• Experience with building RESTful services in Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of SQL, with exposure to Hibernate/JPA/Spring JDBC
• Ability to design and optimize systems for scalability and performance
• Understanding of multi-threading and concurrency
• Experience with standard software development tools (IntelliJ, JUnit, JMeter, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Jira)
• Ability to lead the delivery of technical projects
• Excellent communication skills; problem-solving mindset; collaborative approach; can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Certifications in Java or Cloud technologies are a plus
• Polish language proficiency is mandatory

Nice to have

• Experience with non-SQL databases (MongoDB) is a plus
• Experience in multi-tier, asynchronous, distributed architecture environments is a plus
• Exposure to streaming queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Rate: up to 180 PLN/H net + VAT
