Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Tools and Infrastructure in Warsaw, Poland. You will be at the heart of Google's engineering process, building software that empowers engineering teams to develop and deliver high quality products quickly.

This role focuses on memory efficiency and scalable tooling across teams. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with teams in London, and help identify future investment opportunities while maintaining code health and engineering standards.

The Home and Health infrastructure is expanding to Warsaw building out a new team that will focus on resource efficiency, starting with memory. This work includes identifying and submitting memory optimization, developing tools for understanding memory usage and other tools to help features teams optimize their memory usage. The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behavior science, and user-centered design to help users organize the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals. We do this with a suite of apps, services, and health wearables. We aim to make consumer health more personal, proactive, and actionable.
