Job summary

CoreWeave is the essential cloud for AI and is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Box Office Platform to build and operate services powering hardware lifecycle management across data centers. You will design, implement, and operate Go-based services that automate repairs, RMA, and vendor integrations with high reliability and observability.

You’ll own APIs, drive containerized microservices on Kubernetes, and collaborate with internal teams to enable scalable hardware lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software or infrastructure engineer building and operating production systems.
• Proven professional experience writing production-grade backend services in Go.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating APIs using gRPC and/or GraphQL and REST, including versioning, authentication, and observability.
• Hands-on experience working with databases (e.g., relational and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling to support operational and reporting use cases.
• Experience designing and implementing container-based microservices and integrating open-source tools to customize backend solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

What You’ll Do

The Box Office Platform team sits within CoreWeave’s Fleet Engineering Organization, which is responsible for the automated provisioning and management of CoreWeave’s rapidly growing global fleet of hardware nodes and node types.

This team plays a central role in CoreWeave’s growth by building the systems that coordinate hardware RMA, data center operations, node repairs, and vendor integrations into a cohesive, highly reliable fleet management engine.

About The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Box Office Platform team, you will build and operate services and automation that power CoreWeave’s hardware lifecycle management experience. These Services enable internal stakeholders to manage repairs and remediation of nodes as CoreWeave continues to grow. You’ll own Go-based services and APIs that connect our data centers, vendors, and internal platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate with.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a software or infrastructure engineer building and operating production systems.
• Proven professional experience writing production-grade backend services in Go (Golang).
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating APIs using gRPC and/or GraphQL and REST, including versioning, authentication, and observability.
• Hands-on experience working with databases (e.g., relational and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling to support operational and reporting use cases.
• Experience designing and implementing container-based microservices and integrating open-source tools to customize backend solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms, including deploying and operating backend services on them.
• Experience integrating with third-party and vendor APIs in complex, heterogeneous environments.
• Experience building internal tooling or limited UIs to support backend systems (e.g., operational dashboards or admin interfaces).
• Experience in large-scale physical infrastructure environments (data centers, hardware fleets, or similar).

The base salary range for this role is zł321,000 to zł428,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
