Tesco Poland is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Colleague Benefits domain. You will contribute to Java 21 services, focus on performance, security, and reliability, and help shape features for our enterprise APIs used across Tesco payroll systems.
With around 6+ years in the JVM ecosystem, you will lead implementations with minimal direction, collaborate across teams, and drive technical leadership while embracing Agile practices in a hybrid office/remote setup.
Colleague Benefits domain is a global best-in-class enterprise API which enables secure & easy access to colleague benefits data that is present across multiple Tesco payroll systems & countries.
We operate in a DevOps philosophy. We take responsibility for the software through its entire lifecycle.
We practice continuous integration, delivery, and support of our code through to production and beyond.
