Senior Software Engineer - AI

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI, where you\'ll be spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for the offensive security sector. This role demands a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address specific cybersecurity challenges, enhancing our product offerings and meeting our customers’ critical needs. Please note: This is a remote position based in the U.S. We can only hire U.S. citizens for this position due to federal government contract requirements.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Design, implement and deliver scalable AI and machine learning solutions
• Develop robust AI models capable of identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, workflow optimization and enhancing threat intelligence
• Own and drive the end-to-end development of AI product features from ideation to deployment, monitoring and model management
• Actively participate in and contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, promoting best practices during the project lifecycle
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions, sharing your expertise to uplift the team\'s capabilities
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, encouraging professional growth and development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and applications

Here’s what you’ll need

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in Python and strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch)
• Strong knowledge of data management systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g MongoDB)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
