• Measure cost and latency and drive targeted engineering work.
• Shape the team’s efficiency roadmap and set technical direction for production agents.
• Benchmark efficiency techniques on open-source and production workloads.
• Collaborate with evaluation, model-serving, and product teams to close optimization loops.
