A global leader in energy solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Poland to design and improve complex test systems for aerospace products. The role involves overseeing engineering projects, establishing development standards, and providing support to junior engineers. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of NI VeriStand and LabVIEW. The position offers a salary range of 14,000 to 22,000 PLN, hybrid working options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry.
• Solid knowledge of phases and processes required for successfully introducing new products into production.
• Nice to have: Experience in Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Skills

Knowledge of NI VeriStand

Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)

Expert knowledge of LabVIEW

Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish

Solid knowledge of NI TestStand

Solid knowledge of Python

Education

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
