Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical software engineering or quantitative experience.
• Strong Python proficiency with production-grade code.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• ML/DL experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Mathematical foundations in statistics and linear algebra.
• SQL and data engineering at scale with large datasets.
• Ability to design scalable, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
• Excellent communication across engineering, ML/data and quantitative teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related field.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer. This role focuses on developing and deploying advanced AI-driven pricing models for trading applications, combining real-time market data with machine learning techniques. You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning quantitative models into high‑performance production systems that support trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Python - strong proficiency in Python as the primary programming language, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and production‑ready code.
• Production software engineering - experience building and operating reliable production systems, including testing, CI/CD, code quality, and observability.
• Containers & deployment - hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• ML/DL - practical experience with model training, evaluation, and deployment using PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Applied math & statistics - strong foundations in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and numerical methods.
• Data engineering at scale - strong analytical SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and distributed compute.
• System design & performance - ability to design scalable systems with a focus on low latency, high throughput, and efficient resource usage.
• Streaming / real‑time systems - understanding of event‑driven architectures and technologies such as Kafka.
• Education & experience - degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or another computational discipline, with 2+ years of relevant analytical software engineering / quant experience.
• Communication & collaboration - strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, ML/data and quantitative teams.

Nice to have

• C++ or Rust - experience with systems or performance‑critical development.
• Data warehouses – experience with Snowflake, Redshift or similar platforms.
• Financial domain knowledge - familiarity with market microstructure, quantitative pricing, trading systems or financial markets.
• Cloud & infrastructure - experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or similar cloud environments.
