We are seeking a technically skilled Systems and DevOps (Software) Engineer for our EMEA Software, Solutions, and Services team. The role is based primarily in Katowice, Poland, with options for Prague or Ostrava, Czech Republic. You will work in a small, agile team providing technical support and service delivery to customers across Europe and globally.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise during project implementation, including defining scope, creating test plans, and customizing solutions.
• Executing deployment of software solutions and ensuring interface integration.
• Performing system tests and supporting customer use cases.
• Troubleshooting system and interface issues, reporting through SNOW.
• Developing technical descriptions and supporting the handover process.
• Providing Level 2 customer support, resolving problems, and escalating as needed.
• Conducting root-cause analysis, providing workarounds, and creating knowledge articles.
• Supporting post-rollout services and representing the company professionally.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or equivalent (Technician, BSc, etc.).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in software engineering or technical support, including build/release management and solution implementation.
• Knowledge of device technology, network connectivity, and data security.
• Experience with Oracle, Dev & Script tools (.NET, GitLab, Python, Shell scripting), and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with Linux (RHEL, SUSE) and Windows Server.
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.
