Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking an Expert Snowflake Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake. You will analyze banking data for Balance Sheet Stress Testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy, translating complex regulatory needs into robust data solutions.

Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk and regulatory stakeholders to implement business logic and optimize data warehousing for large-scale financial data.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL and large-scale data warehousing.
• Extensive experience developing ELT/ETL processes in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of banking data, stress testing or regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and modern data engineering technologies.
• Analyze banking requirements related to Balance Sheet Stress Testing, scenario analysis and capital adequacy.
• Translate complex regulatory and financial requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, Finance and Risk stakeholders to implement business logic.
• Build and optimize data warehousing solutions for large-scale financial data aggregation and reporting.
• Develop data models supporting stress testing simulations and management reporting.
• Ensure data quality, governance and regulatory compliance across data platforms.
• Prepare data for analytical, reporting and regulatory consumption layers.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple source systems.
• Drive performance optimization and continuous improvement of data platforms.
