Job summary

x1F is seeking a Senior Consultant for Snowflake in the Data Management Team to build a modern data platform for a leading financial services organization. You will work on Snowflake-based solutions from requirements to implementation and ensure data products are delivered reliably, collaborating with onshore and nearshore colleagues.

The role emphasizes hands-on Snowflake development, dbt for ELT, and building scalable data platforms, with occasional travel to Germany.

Qualifications

Snowflake development experience in enterprise environments.
Experience building data platforms or data warehouses in cloud environments.
Practical experience with dbt for ELT transformations.
Experience coordinating distributed teams (onshore/nearshore).
Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
Excellent English (C1); German language is beneficial for client communication.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Snowflake use cases and data products.
Conception and implementation of requirements in Snowflake to deliver stable data solutions.
Perform developer tests and validate solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
Collaborate with onshore and nearshore teams to ensure smooth delivery across locations.
Grow expertise in Snowflake and modern data engineering (dbt, data platforms).
