DataArt is seeking a Snowflake specialist to assess a broad data ecosystem and guide platform architecture and optimization. You will lead discovery with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and present strategic initiatives to leadership. The role focuses on Snowflake, data lake/lakehouse design, and applying AI/GenAI capabilities to improve platform performance and governance.

You will contribute to a data platform initiative centered on Snowflake, data lake or lakehouse architecture, and strategic platform improvement. The project also includes stakeholder discovery, leadership presentations, and defining practical AI and GenAI initiatives across the broader data ecosystem. Project nickname: Data Platform Strategy

Position overview

We are looking for a Snowflake specialist who can assess a broader data ecosystem, define strategic initiatives, and provide hands on guidance for platform architecture and optimization. You will work in a stakeholder facing role with space to lead discovery, challenge assumptions, and present recommendations to leadership.

The client is headquartered in California, USA, and candidates should have a valid US work visa or be able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe. Occasional travel to client sites, including locations in Europe, may be required, with short onsite visits of one to two weeks possible instead of permanent relocation; the engagement is expected to last at least 6 to 12 months, with a three month checkpoint to review delivered impact.
