Job summary

OrbitShift AI is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE III) to design and own cross-team systems within our AI-native Sales Operating System. You will apply SOLID principles, drive architecture discussions, and remain hands-on to deliver production-grade components at scale.

You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tooling, and embeddings pipelines to advance our multi-agent platform for enterprise GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong command of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience delivering production systems at scale.
• Proficiency with SOLID and design patterns.
• Ability to own architecture discussions and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-service systems with clear ownership boundaries.
• Raise the LLD bar with scalable, extensible design choices.
• Own Hands-On delivery of core platform components end-to-end.
• Drive trade-offs, define SLOs, and ensure observability and capacity planning.
• Contribute to multi-agent orchestration and AI tooling.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers.
