Square One Resources in Poland seeks an experienced Senior Scrum Master for an international healthcare project delivered with Agile and SAFe practices. You will support teams and develop toward a Junior Release Train Engineer role, working 100% remotely.

Fluent English (C1) is required, and the role is offered on a B2B contract with a rate up to 155 PLN/h. The project emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable agile delivery.

• The project is delivered for an international company in the healthcare sector, supporting teams working in an Agile and Scaled Agile environment. We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who is ready to develop towards a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.
