Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid) and project methodologies.
• Experience in IT projects, including enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams for higher productivity.
• Support Product Owners with backlog creation and prioritization.
• Identify and resolve issues while promoting continuous improvement.
