Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile ceremonies.
• Coaching teams on Agile and Scrum principles to boost delivery performance and maturity.
• Supporting the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, promoting cultural change.
• Monitoring and tracking sprint progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs for maximum value.
• Removing impediments and resolving issues that hamper team progress.
• Promoting transparency and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
• Aligning Agile practices with business objectives and governance standards.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Encouraging knowledge sharing and active participation within Agile communities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience working in financial services or data‑related projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and facilitate cross‑functional teams.
