Unfolding Your Next Role

Join us as a Senior Scrum Master working with our German client in construction and logistics. Work in a dynamic, English‑speaking, cross‑product Scrum Master team to promote Agile, streamline processes in multi‑projects, and support product teams in an SAP environment.

This engagement runs from mid‑September to the end of January with possible extension.

Your Daily Missions

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices tailored to SAP environment challenges.
• Support S/4HANA transformations, helping teams adopt Agile delivery in SAP context.
• Drive collaboration and quick issue resolution in a distributed international team.
• Work with internal teams to enable autonomy within a defined framework.
• Participate in Scrum Master community meetings to share knowledge and improve processes.

The Essentials We're Seeking

• 4+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile product teams.
• Experience implementing Scrum in SAP environments.
• Expertise supporting S/4HANA transformations or Agile delivery in SAP.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.

Nice-to-haves

• A‑CSM or PSM II certification.
• Agile framework certifications (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Communicative German language skills.
