- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering SAP changes in a global company
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP Logistics expertise and integrate with non-SAP systems
- Plan and manage delivery of changes in a Kanban environment
- Enhance O2C and P2P processes per client standards
- Produce formal design materials mapping business processes to SAP functionality
- Communicate process interrelations during changes and maintain SLAs
- Build relationships with external partners and consultants
- Support Applications Support Manager to meet service levels
- Stay updated on SAP developments and leverage opportunities
