Sonova Group is seeking a Senior IT Solution Architect SAP S/4 Finance & Controlling to join our global IT organisation. This role defines the target architecture for SAP Finance and Controlling, drives strategic design decisions and ensures the solutions today support the future S/4HANA landscape.

We require 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, strong S/4HANA expertise, ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation experience, and a proven ability to work with global templates and cross-functional integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in international organisation.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling expertise.
• Experience with global templates, fit-to-standard design and SAP Activate or similar methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the target architecture for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Translate business priorities into scalable, secure and sustainable SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Guide the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including key architectural decisions and dependencies.
• Provide architectural guidance across FI, CO, Material Ledger and integrations with key business processes.
• Review solution designs and custom developments, recommending standardisation, redesign or retirement where appropriate.
