Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice-Poland seeks an experienced SAP O2C Credit Management Consultant to design and implement advanced SAP Credit Management solutions based on S/4HANA and FSCM. You will align Finance, Credit Risk and Sales requirements into scalable processes and support global implementations.

Responsibilities include translating needs into configurations, ensuring end-to-end O2C integration with SD and AR, and leading stakeholder workshops with an analytical, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or Computer Science.
• At least five years of SAP Order-to-Cash experience including S/4HANA Credit Management.
• Experience in integrating Credit Management with Sales, Distribution and AR.
• Nice to have: global SAP rollout projects, CRM integrations or financial risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication and structured, empathetic collaboration.
• Fluent English for global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Credit Management solutions based on S/4HANA and FSCM.
• Translate business needs into functional concepts and configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration between Credit Management, SD and AR for end-to-end O2C.
• Create technical concepts and blueprints for global projects and rollouts.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Credit Risk and Sales stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to harmonise, automate and adopt S/4HANA credit capabilities.
