Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role focuses on reviewing, coordinating, and implementing interface changes while advising HR departments in a hybrid SAP HCM – SuccessFactors environment.

You will analyze change requests, manage interface adjustments using standard tools, troubleshoot data flow issues, and coordinate external providers to ensure timely delivery and solution

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with PA/OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (read and write).
• Strong analytical skills for complex integration requirements and data integrity.
• Basic ABAP knowledge to cooperate with development teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Independent, organized, proactive at senior consultant level.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and evaluating change requests concerning SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
• Managing and implementing interface adjustments using integration technologies (BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces).
• Troubleshooting end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Providing expert advice and collaborating with HR to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment.
• Coordinating and managing external service providers involved in interfaces maintenance.
• Participating in demand management processes, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and extensive experience in managing and developing integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The main purpose of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement interface changes, as well as provide expert advice and support to HR departments within a hybrid SAP HCM – SuccessFactors environment.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and evaluating of change requests concerning SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT)
• Managing and implementing interface adjustments using existing integration technologies, e.g., BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces
• Troubleshooting end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Providing expert advice and working closely with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment
• Coordinating and managing external service providers involved in the implementation and maintenance of interfaces
• Participating in demand management processes, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with solid knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management
• Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central (both read and write scenarios).
• Strong analytical skills in assessing complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is welcome as support for cooperation with development teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Independent, organized, and proactive approach to work at the senior consultant level
