Job summary

Mars is launching a SAP S/4HANA transformation program focusing on Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfil, Lead to Cash, and Quality & Food Safety. The CoE SAP H&R Senior Tech Analyst will help design, test, and coordinate technical tools ensuring consumer safety and traceability from raw materials to shelf.

Role requires experience across SAP BTP/HANA/Datasphere, strong English communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including vendors and deployment partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Design & Build across SAP BTP, Hana DB or SAP Datasphere.
• Experience managing multiple SAP testing cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Quality & Food Safety and Supply Chain practices.
• Good English communications and ability to work with non-native speakers.

Responsibilities

• Translate Quality, Food Safety, and Traceability requirements into technical user stories and ACs.
• Write and execute test cases for batch tracing, quality holds, and compliance in SAC.
• Coordinate realistic test data across SAP environments for testing cycles.
• Track testing readiness and defect statuses during integration and UAT.
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, data engineers and QA partners.
• Provide template guidance to deployment teams and ensure standardization.
• Conduct gap analysis with deployment teams and BPOs; propose template-based options.
