Partner, a leading technology company in the engineering software space, seeks a bilingual SAP EWM expert with 10+ years in support and implementation. The role is based in Kraków with hybrid work options and requires fluency in English and Polish to serve global clients.

You will provide second-line SAP EWM support, manage tickets, assist users, document resolutions, and collaborate across modules to ensure seamless RF integrations and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Polish required for client communication.
• 10+ years of SAP EWM experience in support and implementation.
• Experience implementing and supporting RF solutions within SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in SAP EWM configurations, customizations, and integration with SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Second-Line Support: Address user queries and troubleshoot SAP EWM functionalities.
• Ticket Management: Prioritize and escalate tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• User Assistance: Help users navigate SAP applications and provide guidance.
• Documentation: Record support activities, resolutions, and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve integration issues between SAP EWM and other modules.
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to support documentation and training materials.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing SAP EWM changes and configurations.
• Training Participation: Attend sessions to enhance knowledge and support capabilities.
