Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. The PBS Technology department handles all technical aspect related to the implementation of projects in the SAP environment. This mainly involves programming, not only in ABAP and SAPUI5, but also in the BTP environment (Java and Node.js), CX, and system integration (PI/CPI). Our architects also participate in the client bidding process and in the design of IT solutions.

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead the design, estimation, and implementation of SAP system extensions in the cloud (BTP + CAP), ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Represent the project team in front of clients, effectively communicating technical details and coordinating development efforts to meet client expectations.
• Participate in non-project tasks, such as mentoring programs, contributing to the SAP community, and supporting less experienced employees to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and driving innovation.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of leading successful projects based on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for tackling complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a significant plus (we will support you in further learning).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Basic knowledge of any of the following SAP ERP modules: H2R, A2R, F2P, I2O, O2C, P2M, P2P, R2R, S2P.
• Experience with Workflow and SAP BUILD.
