Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced SAP consultant to translate business requirements into SAP BTP solutions, focusing on CAP/RAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, and OData integrations. You will drive end-to-end delivery in S/4HANA environments and mentor stakeholders at management level.

The role offers a hybrid work model (up to two days per month remote depending on location) with training, wellbeing programs and a supportive, diversity-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP consulting with project exposure.
• Hands-on development on SAP BTP.
• Solid experience in S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to CAP/RAP, APIs.
• Experience with Agile delivery (JIRA, Cloud ALM).
• Language Requirement German C2, English C1.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on SAP BTP.
• Design & implement solutions using CAP / RAP, SAP UI5 / Fiori, Node.js, OData (REST/SOAP).
• Drive full delivery lifecycle.
• Lead integration & module testing.
• Deliver client-facing workshops & presentations (management level).
• Act as trusted advisor – create solution proposals & influence decisions.
• Identify upsell / business opportunities within projects.
