Senior Sales Manager Eastern Europe, Building Automation/BMS

This is an amazing opportunity for a driven professional to join our BMS Europe team, and play an important role in the exciting transformation of our industry, making building smarter, more efficient and sustainable.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our Eastern Europe location on a Hybrid or remote work schedule. Role includes around 50% of travel across the region.

In this role, you will impact the overall sales performance by ensuring that our strategies align with market demands and customer needs. Your leadership will not only drive revenue growth but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, positioning Honeywell as a leader in the Building Automation sector.

We are open for applications from Poland, Romania and Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Building Automation/BMS market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Honeywell's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive pipeline growth and development and lead partner/channel management to optimize sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience in the Building Automation industry with a track record of successful sales performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of specific BMS software/tools/systems to understand customer needs and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales scenarios.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking.
