Job summary

Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (ENLT) in Poland seeks a Senior Project Development Manager to lead wind, solar and storage developments and head a team of development project managers. The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic coordination, and regulatory mastery within a dynamic European renewables portfolio.

You will drive land rights, permitting, interconnection, and external interfaces while aligning with HQ and the Head of Europe Project Development Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA/MSc an advantage.
• At least 12 years of renewables experience in Poland or related markets.
• Proven success in leading teams and coordinating complex project work.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to Israel.
• Strong English skills (technical, speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 project development managers for wind, solar and storage in Poland up to RTB.
• Drive land rights, permitting and interconnection for developments.
• Manage external interfaces with local developers, engineers, legal advisors and regulators.
• Coordinate internal interfaces with Engineering, Financing and Procurement; report progress to management.
• Oversee schedule and budget management and monitor regulatory updates.
