The Role: Senior Recruiter, EMEA - Mobility

The Team:

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who will join the Talent Acquisition team to source and hire top talent across the S&P Global Mobility Division. You will be provided with countless opportunities to learn transferable skills and global recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Lead and execute all facets of the full-cycle recruitment process across EMEA for the Mobility division, ensuring a seamless and equitable hiring experience.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders—educating, influencing, and challenging to drive talent decisions aligned with market insights and organizational best practices.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that build robust, diverse pipelines for niche, senior-level, and high-impact Mobility roles.
  • Use recruitment data and analytics to diagnose issues, improve time-to-fill, enhance hiring quality, and optimize overall process effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with HR, Rewards, People Services, Finance, and global TA stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience and promote Mobility’s employer brand through innovative and inclusive recruitment practices.
What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within a multinational environment, with strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and make data-informed hiring recommendations.
  • Proven sourcing expertise across EMEA for complex and senior roles, with the capability to manage high requisition volumes while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Strong communication, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the agility to manage competing priorities and drive efficient, inclusive hiring processes.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country recruitment across EMEA, with familiarity in Workday or other enterprise ATS platforms.
  • Exposure to recruitment within engineering (technology), automotive technology, data & analytics, or consulting domains, coupled with the ability to design or contribute to diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Innovative, data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action, build strong cross-cultural relationships, and exercise a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
