Job summary

Us3 Consulting urgently seeks an experienced Senior ReactJS Developer for a long-term contract in Warsaw, Poland. The role requires deep React expertise, including components, hooks, and state management with Redux Toolkit, plus hands-on experience with Vite and modern DevOps practices.

You will lead and mentor a development team, drive CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality with SonarQube checks while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Expertise in React.js fundamentals, including components, hooks, and lifecycle methods.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines (Vite).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership: proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.
• Experience with containerized apps using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS.
• Strong relational database design and optimization skills.
• Proficient with Git, Bitbucket, GitHub.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Code quality: code coverage, reviews, and SonarQube usage.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team on React.js projects.
• Develop and maintain React components, hooks, and Redux-based state management.
• Collaborate on front-end architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality with reviews, tests, and SonarQube checks.
• Coordinate with DevOps to manage Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.

Role Description:

• Expertise in React.js fundamentals, including components, hooks ,and lifecycle methods. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines (Vite).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a development team.
• Containerization:
• Hands-on experience with managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS.
• Database Expertise: Strong experience with relational databases, including design and optimization.
• Version Control: Proficient with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, GitHub.
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and task estimation.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like (ROD, TeamCity, Jenkins, LightSpeed, Harness).
• Code Quality: Strong experience with code coverage, conducting through code reviews, and utilizing tools like SonarQube for code quality checks and VA fixes
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
